Nearly everyone agrees that meditation is beneficial. Meditation helps us focus and cultivates inner calm. It is just a matter of making time and having the discipline to do it. It is easier to do it with others than by yourself. The
St Anne's Meditation Group meets
every Tuesday at 7pm (come at least 15 minutes earlier to settle down) in the sanctuary to practice stillness and silence. We finish before 7:45 and you will feel more rested than when you came. Come and find out.
